Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. The checkout may accept some international destinations; contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm service and timing for your address.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free when the goods total is £90 or more after discounts. Express delivery is £25 and is available as the delivery method below the free threshold or as a paid upgrade on larger orders. The cart shows the applicable option before payment.

How long it takes

Orders are normally handled within 24 to 48 hours. UK delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. International delivery can take 7 to 10 days after handling. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel ships. Items in one order may be sent in separate parcels and each parcel may have its own tracking number. You can use our Track Your Parcel page once a number has been issued.
