These terms govern your use of myhomeimprovement.uk and purchases from Home Improvement Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our").
Using the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation or security, submit false information, impersonate another person, or copy protected content without permission.
Products and descriptions
We take care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and minor colour or finish variation can occur. Safety information and suitability limits on a product page form part of its description. Check dimensions, specifications and intended use before ordering.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If we discover a material pricing error after an order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. We will refund the order if you do not.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch it.
- Orders are normally handled within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, a product restriction applies, payment fails or fraud is suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
- You are responsible for accurate delivery and contact information.
Payment and security
Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card details. Availability of a payment method depends on the store's configured and verified provider credentials.
Delivery, cancellation and returns

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to your purchase and do not remove any mandatory consumer protection available to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute.
